Client Support
Our Project Managers interface with clients on a regular and continuous basis. We provide productivity reports and schedules as required by the client, but always on a monthly basis when the reports are required for internal review and audit, and less detailed weekly reports for management follow-up. Our main tracking and communication concern is to inform clients of trends as soon as they are identified, and impact of changes before they are carried out. Clients are always welcome at our weekly project progress meetings.
