Polyethylene Manufacturing Plant - Texas

Saulsbury Industries provided all of the electrical and instrumentation personnel to build a grass roots polyethylene manufacturing plant. Work consisted of installation of medium and low voltage feeders to approximately 300 various loads and motors within the unit. Included installation of cable tray, conduit, wire and tubing for a DCS for approximately 3000 new instruments.
Saulsbury Industries scope also included the grassroots construction of 138/15 KV, 20 MVA substation and two motor control center buildings. Work consisted of installation of major transformers, high voltage switching equipment, 15 KV, 5 KV and 480 volt switchgear, 5 KV and 480 volt starters, stepdown transformers and building power, lighting and HVAC.
Saulsbury Industries Total Contract Value: $20+ million. Saulsbury Industries provided over 250 electrical personnel to complete this project. |
